What does TileSeal do?
TileSeal Waterproofing specialises in tile waterproofing, wall waterproofing and leak treatment — mainly for bathroom, balcony, kitchen, wall and tiled-area leakage problems.
Is your waterproofing a surface coating?
No. TileSeal does not simply paint a coating over the tile surface. We use penetrative sealing technology to form a protective layer inside the tiles, helping block water from seeping through again.
Do the tiles have to be hacked?
Not necessarily. We assess each case on its actual conditions. Where the problem suits a no-hacking approach, we use the least destructive method possible to save you renovation hassle.
Can you fix bathroom leaks?
Yes. Bathrooms are one of the most common leakage areas. TileSeal treats bathroom floor tiles, grout lines, corners and related seepage problems.
Can you fix balcony leaks?
Yes. Balconies are exposed to rain year-round and prone to grout seepage, damp skirtings and ceiling marks downstairs. TileSeal advises based on site conditions.
Can I send photos first?
Yes, please do. Send site photos, the leak location and a short description via WhatsApp — we do an initial assessment first, then advise whether a site inspection is needed.
Is this suitable for condos?
Yes. TileSeal serves condos, apartments, landed homes and commercial units — especially for bathroom, balcony, kitchen and wall leakage.
Will it leak again after treatment?
Every case depends on actual conditions. TileSeal's penetrative sealing is designed to help block water from seeping through again and reduce the risk of recurrence. Where structural issues, piping problems or other hidden factors exist, further inspection and treatment are required.
How long does it take?
It depends on the extent of the leak and site conditions. No-hacking treatment generally takes less time and produces less dust than a full renovation; we will confirm the actual duration after reviewing your photos or completing an inspection.
How do I know if no-hacking treatment suits my case?
Send us site photos, the leak location and a description on WhatsApp — we will give an initial assessment. Whether a no-hacking approach is suitable is always confirmed by site conditions.
