The Problem
Grout Repair & Protection
Grout lines are one of water's main entry routes. When grout ages, cracks, darkens or stays damp, water can get inside the tiles and cause leaks — many leakage problems start from these few millimetres of joint.
Typical Cases
- Darkened grout
- Cracked grout lines
- Joints staying damp
- Seepage through joints
- Ageing grout
- Mould along joints
Our Approach
How we treat it
TileSeal inspects and treats the grout areas: penetrative sealing carries the protective layer into the joints and the tiles themselves, strengthening the internal barrier and reducing the risk of water getting back in through the grout.
Photos to send us first
A few photos on WhatsApp lets us give you an initial assessment:
- Close-ups of the problem grout lines
- An overall photo of the area (bathroom / balcony / kitchen)
- (If any) close-ups of darkened or cracked joints
Not sure if it's a leak? Send us photos first.
Share photos of the area, your unit type and a short description — TileSeal will take a first look and advise the next step.
